Gravelroad Services is a separate Business Unit alongside but independent to Gravelroad Consulting. We deliver Project Management, Workflow Automation, Engineering and Design Services to assist our clients achieve their target outcomes. All work is overseen by professional staff with greater than 20 years industry experience.

Project Management
Gravelroad provides infrastructure delivery project management services using experienced skilled resources backed by the combined knowledge of the organisation. As an organisation we can manage the various stages of a project and ensure transparency, earlier identification of risk and reporting to stakeholders
Workflow Automation
We can support organisations automate their workforce management needs. Through the application of world leading solutions our team can assist identify the opportunities for improvement, establish and set up a new system and train staff as required.

Our Design group combines a wealth of industry knowledge and experience with skilled design team members to deliver efficient and consistent outcomes for our clients. Services include Planning, Site Visit, Design, Constructor Support and As Built Documentation.
Radio Design
Gravelroad Services can provide specialised radio skills for the review of current network issues, to assess and validate proposed link designs or assist with a complete network design and procurement. Examples include link evaluation, backhaul design, coverage mapping, etc.
Our design services are delivered through a quality design process which not only provides a level of confidence on the design outcome but also better construction outcomes. Resources include certified network staff and Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ)
We work with our clients to align our delivery model to theirs providing faster response times and a more seamless experience and can provide:
- Planning: Network and Technology services
- Site Survey: Internal and External, both Design Lead, Asset Audit and Capture
- Design: Production of detailed design packs across Network and Technology suites to facilitate construction outcomes; including:

- Mobiles Transmission – CRAN, DRAN, EBE scenarios including DF,

- Constructor Support: Address queries related to designs and in-field variations to ensure timely delivery of construction outcomes maintained.
- As Built Documentation: Develop As Built handover documentation including updating Core systems and Database of Records (DBoRs) to reflect constructor returned construction packs.
